By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a professional player, agent, or affiliate acting in a capacity that would constitute a conflict of interest with rrbet's operations.
To access real-money features on rrbet, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active rrbet Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. rrbet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, rrbet reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rrbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rrbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
rrbet may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, when your Account activity triggers a review, or as required by applicable regulations. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by rrbet may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
rrbet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). rrbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on rrbet is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. rrbet reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, rrbet aims to process withdrawals promptly, typically within minutes for e-wallet methods such as GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. rrbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review or regulatory compliance checks.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. rrbet may require you to withdraw to the same method used for your most recent deposit. Any Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. rrbet reserves the right to deduct any outstanding charges or fees from your withdrawal amount where applicable.
Note: rrbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside rrbet's control.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rrbet are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed in the individual promotion terms. rrbet reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met or where the Player has attempted to circumvent them.
rrbet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, rrbet reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds already withdrawn.
rrbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, except where changes are required by law or regulation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the rrbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of rrbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of rrbet.
The rrbet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of rrbet. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written permission of rrbet.
rrbet strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond rrbet's control. rrbet shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if rrbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rrbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rrbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

rrbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, or as required by applicable law or regulation. Upon termination for cause, rrbet may forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud is established, any Real Money Balance.
You may close your rrbet Account at any time by contacting rrbet support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to rrbet's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting rrbet support with a detailed description of your complaint. rrbet will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through rrbet's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
rrbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rrbet will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top. Your continued use of the rrbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
